White Bread

It was baking time this week. As we didn't want to eat the bought bread anymore I decided to do some white bread by myself. Here is the result:

I guess it is kinda delicious and really really simple to make.

You just need:
625g flour
a lump of yeast (about 42g)
2 tsp salt
500ml water
→ everything together in a bowl and kneading
→ 200°C 1 hour
